Sentry Hill Financial Advisors is a Boston-based financial planning firm and member of the Northwestern Mutual Private Client Group. We provide comprehensive financial planning, asset management, and risk management services designed to help clients protect, grow, and manage their wealth. Our team specializes in helping business professionals and small-business owners navigate complex financial decisions through personalized guidance and long-term relationships.
The Opportunity
The Service Advisor is a client relationship and service-focused role supporting an established client base. The focus is on delivering a high-quality experience to existing clients, maintaining strong relationships, conducting ongoing reviews, and ensuring client needs are followed through from meeting to completion.
The Service Advisor will serve as the day-to-day advisor for an assigned group of clients while also partnering with senior advisors on additional relationships. Over time, the Service Advisor will take the lead on more of the relationships they help support.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and wants to deepen their advisory experience without the expectation of developing their own pipeline or prospecting for new business.
What You'll Do
The Service Advisor will independently manage a portfolio of client households, including investment and insurance relationships, while also supporting senior advisors in additional client meetings.

Why Sentry Hill?
This is an opportunity for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys serving clients and building trusted, long-term relationships.
As a Service Advisor, you’ll manage existing relationships, conduct client reviews, work alongside experienced senior advisors, and progressively take greater ownership of established client relationships.
For someone who wants to continue developing as an advisor while focusing on client relationships, planning, service, and execution rather than sales and lead generation, this role offers a clear path to increased responsibility within the firm.
If you’re an experienced financial professional who enjoys helping clients, building long-term relationships, and making sure the details get done right, we’d like to hear from you.
