Job summary

Bank of America Corporation is hiring a Client Services Associate to engage lobby clients, educate them on self-service tools, and accurately process cash transactions. You will listen to clients’ financial priorities and connect them to the right banking solutions.

In this role you’ll build relationships, follow bank procedures and regulatory guidelines, and collaborate with experts across small business, lending, and investments to enhance the client experience.

• Manages center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
• Drives the client experience and manages cash responsibilities.
