Responsibilities

• Share and promote the bank's resources to customers, including digital tools.
• Meet in-person and outbound call activity targets to recommend solutions.
• Open/close accounts and assist with account selection and research.
• Facilitate consumer loan requests and maintain knowledge of loan policies.
• Refer customers to partners for small business, corporate, mortgage services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure compliant operations.
• Process customer requests professionally and help identify needs.
