Responsibilities

• Share and recommend Simmons resources including in-branch services, digital capabilities and business partner resources.
• Open and close accounts and assist customers with account selection and research.
• Assist with consumer loan requests and coach staff to handle loan requests effectively.
• Refer customers to a partner-centric team for small business, corporate, and mortgage services.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure compliant handling of documents and transactions.
