What You'll Do

As a Client Relationship Advisor, you'll follow an established process to:

Use established digital marketing strategies to generate interest in our leadership and personal development programs and engage prospective clients

Connect with prospective clients and conduct brief introductory conversations

Listen to individual goals, priorities, and aspirations to assess alignment

Introduce interested individuals to relevant program information and guide them through an established evaluation process

Develop meaningful professional relationships through thoughtful communication and follow-up

Independently manage your schedule, activities, and results

Comprehensive training is provided in the areas of marketing and business development.

This is an independent, self-employed, performance-based opportunity rather than a traditional salaried or hourly position. Compensation is commission-based, with no guaranteed income. Business-related expenses apply, including a required ongoing tool subscription.

Requirements

10+ years of professional experience
