Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person.

• Utilize Microsoft Office to create documentation and maintain customer records.
• Conduct outbound calls to current and prospective customers to promote services and strengthen relationships.
• Identify customer needs and support sales initiatives through upselling and service recommendations.
• Maintain accurate data entry, customer interaction logs, and estimate records.
• Process cash transactions according to company procedures when required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
