Talbots in Linden Square, Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and teamwork within a vibrant store setting.

Qualifications

• Available at least (20) hours per week.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas such as Clientelling/Outreach and Appointments.
• Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet customer and business needs.
• Share current products and fashion trends to wardrobe customers and build trust.
• Actively participate in community/store activities and events to promote the Talbots Brand.
• Lead or supervise others on occasion and open/close the store as needed.
• Professionally represent the brand image.
