What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead communication processes with clients, addressing technical accounting, product, pricing, and process inquiries
- Manage and prevent client escalations using customer service and problem-solving skills
- Guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions
- Prepare and explain add-on billing charges and process client terminations
- Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Three years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment
- Three years of client servicing experience with small business owners
- Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Certification in QuickBooks Online (QBO) highly desired
- Skills in problem-solving, process improvement, critical thinking, and prioritization
- Experience working in an autonomous environment as a self-directed worker
