360 Network Solutions (360NS) is a growing technology solutions and systems integration company helping transportation and public-sector agencies deploy, operate, and support the technologies that keep critical roadway infrastructure connected and performing. We are seeking a responsive, organized, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Marietta headquarters, reporting to our Director of Operations and working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, technical personnel, manufacturers, vendors, and company leadership. The Client Relations Specialist serves as a primary connection between 360NS, its customers, and its sales opportunities. The position combines customer service, client relationship management, sales support, quote management, and business development. A major responsibility of this role is ensuring customer requests—particularly quotes, pricing, product information, and project assistance—are acknowledged, handled promptly, and followed through to completion. The Specialist will actively monitor the company's shared Estimates inbox and help ensure opportunities continue moving after a quote is sent. A typical day may include responding to customers, coordinating manufacturer pricing, preparing or following up on quotes, researching upcoming bids, assisting customers with project information, and communicating potential opportunities internally. Responsibilities: Customer Relations & Quote Management Serve as a responsive and professional point of contact for customers requesting quotes, pricing, product information, availability, lead times, project assistance, and general sales support. Actively monitor the company's shared Estimates inbox and help ensure incoming requests are promptly acknowledged, routed, and addressed. Assist with preparing and processing quotes and coordinate with internal personnel, vendors, and manufacturers to obtain required information. Maintain visibility into outstanding quotes and proactively follow up with customers to determine status, revisions, expected purchasing timelines, and next steps. Develop an understanding of customers' businesses, purchasing processes, recurring needs, active projects, and upcoming opportunities. Maintain regular customer communication and provide a high level of service before, during, and after the quoting process. Identify customer concerns, delays, or service issues and coordinate internally to help resolve them. Maintain accurate customer, quote, opportunity, and follow-up information within company systems. Research public and private bid opportunities involving products, manufacturers, technologies, and solutions offered by 360NS. Monitor procurement portals, agency solicitations, bid postings, and other sources to identify projects being pursued by existing or prospective customers. Review project and bid information to identify products and solutions 360NS may be able to provide. Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships, develop prospective customers, and convert inquiries, quotes, and bids into purchase orders and projects. Vendor, Manufacturer & Internal Coordination Work with vendors and manufacturers to obtain pricing, availability, lead times, product information, and project-specific pricing. Maintain professional relationships with manufacturer and distributor representatives and coordinate additional product or technical support when appropriate. Maintain awareness of relevant product changes, availability issues, manufacturer programs, and new offerings. Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, technical personnel, and company leadership to move opportunities forward. Communicate upcoming projects and potential orders that could affect inventory, purchasing, scheduling, or operational planning. Use QuickBooks, Jira, email, spreadsheets, manufacturer portals, procurement websites, and other company systems as required. Ensure customer commitments, opportunity status, and important project information are accurately documented and communicated internally. Qualifications: The strongest candidate will combine excellent customer service and communication skills with the organization and persistence necessary to manage multiple active opportunities. You should be comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day while managing quotes, deadlines, bid opportunities, vendor requests, and internal follow-up. This position requires someone who takes ownership and makes sure the next action occurs rather than waiting for someone else to ask. Preferred Education & Experience Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience preferred. Equivalent practical experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, sales support, business development, or a related environment will also be considered.
