Talbots in Glastonbury, CT is seeking a part-time associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting client relationships. You will prospect, set appointments, and promote Talbots products while upholding a high standard of service.

You will support store initiatives, participate in community events, and may lead teammates during shifts, including opening or closing duties. A friendly, proactive communicator with a teamwork mindset will excel here.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Availability at least 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Support service enhancers to foster client relationships and outreach.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in Clientelling/Outreach and Appointment Setting.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs with curiosity and confidence through conversations.
• Share current products to wardrobe and inspire trust.
• Participate in community/store events to promote the Talbots brand.
• Occasionally lead/supervise others and assist with opening/closing the store.
