Job summary

Talbots is seeking a part-time associate in Longmeadow, MA to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships with clients. You will use clienteling techniques, contribute to sales metrics, and support store events while representing the Talbots brand with hospitality and style.

Applicants should enjoy working in a team, be flexible for evenings and weekends, and comfortable using POS/iPad systems to assist customers and manage sales.

• Strong prospecting and clienteling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally.
• Support all service enhancers to build strong relationships including active use of Concierge.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as Clientelling/Outreach and Appointment Setting.
• Plan and prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Understand customer needs through thoughtful conversation and fashion guidance.
• Participate in community/store events and professionally represent the Talbots brand.
