Job summary

Service Pros Auto Glass is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at partner dealerships in Deland. You will engage customers, identify windshield replacement needs, and coordinate prompt service with a professional demeanor.

You’ll educate customers on options, nurture relationships with service advisors and technicians, and help hit daily and weekly sales goals while maintaining accurate records of leads and completed jobs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A self-motivated, proactive approach — you enjoy taking the lead.
• Team-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in the service drive and identify windshield replacement needs.
