Job summary

• 10+ years of experience in relationship management, business development, sales, financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries from various sources.
• Guide prospective clients through the relationship-building process and determine fit with Vermillion.
• Coordinate onboarding and handoffs to advisors and ensure a smooth transition.
• Track pipeline activity and ensure data accuracy in the firm's CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing to reflect client priorities in messaging.
