Job summary

The State Farm Agent Team Member in Houston is seeking an Office Manager who excels at building relationships and delivering friendly service to the public. You will work with the agent to market products, manage customer inquiries, and support daily office operations.

Candidates should have sales experience, strong communication skills, and active Property and Casualty license with the Life and Health license obtainable.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; outside or inside sales background is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• People-oriented, self-motivated and detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Property and Casualty license currently required.
• Life and Health license obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, eligibility, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
• Develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and market products.
