Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Client Relations Executive to retain and grow the customer relationship, coordinating with operations for long-term success in service delivery. Travel will be 50% to 70% of the time, requiring proactive engagement with executives and field teams.

The role emphasizes high-touch client management, strategic planning, and maintaining a strong pipeline for continued revenue growth across janitorial and facilities services.

Qualifications

• Must have five (5) years of sales and operations experience in janitorial or facilities industry.

Job Description

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Client Relations Executive. The Client Relations Executive is responsible for retaining and growing the overall relationship with the customer. The Client Relations Executive works with both the customer and operations team ensure long term success through the delivery of quality service.

The Client Relations Executive may expect to travel 50% to 70% of their time.

Responsibilities

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of five (5) years of sales and operations experience in the janitorial or facilities industry
• Business level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
• Excellent customer service skills; active listening skills
• Experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Leadership skills; ability to drive teams toward achieving goals

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• College degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field of study
• Bilingual; ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish, French, or other languages
• SalesForce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity
