ARC of Indiana seeks a dedicated professional to deliver in‑home addiction treatment and coordinate holistic client care. You will manage caseloads, document in an EMR, and support clients through early and sustained recovery in a home/community setting.
The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least 2 years of lived recovery experience, with a high school diploma or GED. Evening/nights work may be required.
Renew Health + Recovery provides in-home and virtual substance use disorder treatment, bringing personalized care directly to clients where they live. Our program is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.
