Renew Health + Recovery is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist to deliver in-home addiction treatment services and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team in Kokomo and surrounding areas.
You will document progress in an EMR system, tailor recovery plans, and support clients through early and sustained recovery while meeting the needs of their families and communities.
Renew Health + Recovery provides in-home and virtual substance use disorder treatment, bringing personalized care directly to clients where they live. Our model is designed to support lasting recovery by helping clients build healthier lives while staying connected to their families, communities, and everyday routines. We currently serve clients across 11 states, with a team committed to making high-quality treatment more accessible. We offer a holistic approach to treatment and change the way clients receive care throughout the country. Our program is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.
