Job summary

Hamilton County Job and Family Services is seeking a Service Review Specialist (Client Records Custodian) in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves handling case records requests, redacting confidential information, and coordinating with leadership and caseworkers to provide accurate information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 1 year of experience processing/resolving complaints and/or auditing work processes.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, researches, and responds to external customer inquiries, third party requests, and subpoenas for Children’s Services case record information.
• Redacts and copies confidential information and sensitive materials in records.
• Coordinates with agency leadership and caseworkers; prepares and sends case information letters.
• Attends Court as necessary as HCJFS Records Custodian.
• Collects data and generates reports on cases; assists with quarterly and year-end reporting.
