Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Client Receivables Specialist for a leading Am Law 100 law firm with offices nationwide, including Nashville. The role focuses on law firm collections, A/R aging, and write-off reduction, requiring 5+ years of relevant experience and strong Excel/Word skills.

• 5+ years in law firm collections or B2B collections.
• Experience managing delinquent accounts, A/R aging, and write-off reduction.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; proficiency in Outlook.
• Preferred: Legal billing experience, Elite 3E and ARCS experience.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year
