Job summary

American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Client Policy Servicing Representative to support underwriters by creating and updating client records, generating renewal reports, and handling policy documents. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong MS Office skills.

In this in-office position, you will maintain filing accuracy, ensure timely service delivery, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with mid-level managers and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business or related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and update client records and service requests in the system.
• Generate balance and experience reports for policy renewal processes.
• Book in the system all documents from Agencies and LOB clients as per Underwriter's instructions.
• Issue and deliver policies/endorsements processed by CPS and Underwriting.
• Process policy maintenance tasks (certificates, cancellations, non-renewals).
• Maintain proper filing and completeness of policy and transaction documents.
• Adhere to SLA and the department's workflows and guidelines.
