Beta Search is seeking a Manager of Client Performance and Reporting in Chicago to oversee delivery and evolution of reporting across credit, index, and LDI strategies. You will lead a team, ensure accuracy, timeliness, and scalability, and partner with global colleagues.

The role emphasizes technology, automation, and process improvement, with accountability for governance of third‑party platforms and cross‑regional alignment with LGIM London.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong focus on efficiency, process optimization, standardization, and automation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical rigor.
• Extensive experience in capital markets and fixed income.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering client reporting.
• Experience with performance measurement and attribution methods.
• Proficiency with market data tools and portfolio analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of client reporting, performance measurement, and attribution.
• Lead and develop team members, promoting accountability and excellence.
• Drive modernization, automation, and scalability of reporting processes.
• Manage cross‑functional projects with Technology and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with LGIM London counterparts for cross‑regional consistency.
• Collaborate with Investment, Client, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to improve reporting quality and reliability.
