Saatchi US in Dallas is seeking a Client Partnership Assistant Manager to support delivery of client projects. You will manage internal logistics, schedules, and the timing of deliverables, ensuring on-time completion by coordinating resources across teams.
The role requires 1–2 years in client service or project management within an advertising agency, strong communication, and meticulous organizational skills.

As Client Partnership Assistant Manager, you are key support for delivery of the executions, products, or deliverables to which you are assigned. With oversight from your Manager, you will be responsible for internal logistics/schedules/timing of deliverables for assigned tasks/outputs. Connecting resources internally to ensure on-time delivery to clients. Success for this position is measured by, but not limited to, understanding agency processes, eagerness to continually learn and grow in the position, manage multiple projects successfully to completion, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates will be self-driven, organized, offer strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills, the ability to multi-task and effectively partner and collaborate across teams.

Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $63,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
