Job description

The Client Partnership Associate leverages client partnerships, subject matter expertise, best practice recommendations, and customer service. They possess strong communication and relationship-building skills to identify client needs, craft solutions, and provide best-in-class customer service.

The role will be the primary liaison for day-to-day operations and program support with a portfolio of clients. They will partner with Client Relations, Employee Services, Senior Supervisors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and acting as the steward of their tuition policies.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide strategic input on process and implementation of programs from a compliance perspective.
  2. Serve as day-to-day operational support for assigned clients.
  3. Work with Client Relations as the primary operations representative for their portfolio, hosting meetings and calls (internal and external).
  4. Consult with and actively listen to clients to identify operational topics related to their programs and accounts.
  5. Maintain Client Tracker for assigned clients.
  6. Support client programs and project rollouts.
  7. Manage operational change orders and demos for client admins.
  8. Provide input for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  9. Submit Jira tickets as needed.
  10. Partner with the manager on compliance issues and coaching.
  11. Manage suspected fraud processes as identified by Employee Services.
  12. Maintain and validate the accuracy of client reference materials in the Knowledge Base.
  13. Handle client employee escalations and appeals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience required.
  2. 4-6 years of related work experience required.
  3. Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  4. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Experience working in a virtual, collaborative environment.
  6. Must be able to work independently from a quiet home office during standard business hours (9-5 local time).
  7. Self-starter, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
  8. Some travel may be required.
Compensation

The annual salary ranges from $78,000 to $83,000, depending on experience, education, certifications, location, and other factors.
