Job summary

Slalom LLC is seeking a Houston or Dallas-based Client Partner to scale manufacturing accounts across the region. The Sr Principal will drive portfolio growth through business development, oversight of accounts, delivery of projects, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience working with the manufacturing industry, preferably in a management consulting firm.
  • Ability to build a sustainable $5M+ manufacturing-related book of business with a proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to create and draft a thorough account plan, understanding where Slalom's solutions can solve clients' problems.
  • Strong relationships with manufacturing clients in the region.
  • Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and senior business decision makers.
  • Experience in business operations with an ability to drive insights through data along with budget and project management experience.

  • Partnering with your client(s) to influence strategic direction and identify ways Slalom can help them achieve business objectives.

Slalom TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) is seeking a Houston or Dallas-based Client Partner to scale manufacturing accounts across the region. We are seeking individuals at the Sr. Principal level, preferably residing in Houston or Dallas with a hybrid in-office schedule. This individual will be driving the overall growth of our Manufacturing business through a combination of business development, oversight of accounts, delivery of projects, and thought leadership/campaigns. What You'll Do

As a Client Partner in our Manufacturing Portfolio, you will serve as a key driver of portfolio growth within our TOLA market. Our Client Partners play a crucial role in nurturing relationships within and across our Manufacturing accounts, as well as managing the successful outcomes of ongoing Delivery Programs. Other aspects of the role include:

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges

The targeted base salary range for Senior Principal level is $162 - $198K. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
