About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Client Partner to lead key client relationships,
drive revenue growth, and enable long-term success for enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in consultative selling, client engagement, and digital
transformation initiatives across verticals. This role will serve as the senior point of contact for
strategic clients and work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and executive leadership to ensure
alignment and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and nurture executive relationships with key enterprise clients, becoming a trusted
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts, including new services, cross-
sell, and up-sell strategies.
Develop account plans and client roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital
transformation initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams (delivery, solutioning,
sales engineering, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
Ensure revenue targets, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics are consistently
achieved.
Collaborate with industry leaders, practice heads, and technical experts to shape client-
specific solutions.
Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively suggest innovative service
Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership on account status, opportunities, and
risks.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including account management,
consulting, or business development in the technology or services sector.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships and delivering on
revenue targets.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT services, cloud technologies, and
emerging trends.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
Experience working in or with global delivery models and cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in high-tech, telecom, or enterprise software verticals.
Familiarity with Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft, or other major technology ecosystems is a
