Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sales, professional services, or consulting.
• Knowledge of and experience in the Consumer space (particularly CPG).
• Ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Passion for helping business professionals solve their complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal conversion.
• Develop customized consulting solutions aligned with client strategic goals.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and track them through all stages.
• Work closely with Associates to match expert talent to project needs.
• Act as a strategic advisor and problem-solving partner to senior executives.
