Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Partner/Client Success Partner/Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, providing tailored solutions to help clients achieve their business objectives while ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between client leadership and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of business strategies.
  • Business Development: Understand client needs, identify growth opportunities, and develop customized programs to meet client objectives. Negotiate contracts and pricing to close new business deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, networking, and strategic initiatives. Resolve client concerns and requests promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement account strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Track key metrics such as quarterly and annual revenue, contribution margins, client retention rates, and customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS).
  • Industry Insight: Monitor industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant and timely information, helping them stay ahead of market changes.

Travel: Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and industry events
