Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive client outreach and engagement across Toms River, Lakewood, Manchester, Howell, Brick, Jackson, and the surrounding areas
• Schedule and facilitate consultations with prospective families
• Support onboarding and intake processes for new clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support client satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure positive experiences
