Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to drive financial results on Client Services and RTW initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute Client Services protocols for accounts under $100k premium.
• Support the Eastern's Service Cycle and onboarding process for new insureds.
• Respond to inquiries from policyholders and agents and route complex issues as needed.
• Assist with RTW protocols and track RTW initiatives and outcomes.
• Collaborate with agency partners and Marketing to improve customer service processes.
