Job summary

ProAssurance is seeking a Client Outcomes Specialist I to support Eastern Alliance’s Client Services and RTW programs across preferred locations (Lancaster PA, Carmel IN, Charlotte NC). The role focuses on executing service protocols, enabling efficient onboarding, and driving favorable outcomes for insureds, agents, and injured workers.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in workers’ compensation, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Two years of experience in workers’ compensation insurance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong time management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to drive financial results on Client Services and RTW initiatives.
• Ability to lead and build credibility with all levels and external partners.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Execute Client Services protocols for accounts under $100k in premium.
• Support RTW initiatives and track outcomes and financial results.
• Collaborate with management and agency partners to improve processes.
• Manage SharePoint usage and internal communications.
• Assist with reporting and special projects for trending analyses.
