Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3+ years of experience in client operations, guideline monitoring or regulatory reporting in Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of investment types including fixed income, equity and derivatives.
• Previous experience using Sentinel or similar guideline reporting system.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; AI, Python and SQL experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate client guidelines and update Sentinel accordingly.
• Support pre- and post-trade activities with investors.
• Collaborate with other internal teams.

Client Operations Reporting Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for a Client Operations Reporting Analyst opportunity at a highly successful private equity firm located in Boston, MA. The Client Operations Reporting Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating client guidelines, supporting pre and post trade activities, and collaborating with other internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in client operations, guideline monitoring or regulatory reporting in the Financial Services industry.

This is a 6-12+ month contract-to-hire position paying between $30-40/hr (depending on experience). This role supports a hybrid work model, onsite 4 days out of their Boston officeand remote 1 day.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and evaluates client guidelines, and updates and maintains Sentinel accordingly

• Supports pre and post trade activities with investors

• Collaborates with other internal teams

• Applies knowledge of investment strategies, regulatory requirements and client guidelines

• Provides additional support as needed
