Job summary

Franklin Fitch is supporting a respected professional services firm launching a brand-new client portal. You will own the day-to-day client experience and become the go-to expert on the portal, guiding clients and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and manage access.

This is a 9-month contract based in Boston, onsite 3x per week, with a focus on improving the client experience, resolving issues, and creating documentation and best practices for users.

Qualifications

  • Experience within financial services, legal, trust or wealth management environments would be particularly valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Become the internal expert on a new client portal
  • Support clients with platform questions and access issues
  • Track, prioritise and coordinate resolution of client requests
  • Work closely with IT and operational teams to resolve technical issues
  • Administer user permissions and platform settings
  • Monitor recurring issues and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Help create documentation and best practices
  • Train colleagues and clients on using the platform
  • Ensure client information remains accurate across systems

We're supporting a respected professional services firm that's launching a brand-new client portal and is looking for someone to take ownership of the day-to-day client experience.

This is a newly created position where you'll become the go-to expert on the firm's client portal, helping clients navigate the platform while working closely with internal teams to resolve issues, manage user access and continually improve the overall experience.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology but prefers working with people rather than writing code.

Experience within financial services, legal, trust or wealth management environments would be particularly valuable.

This is a 9-month contract with the potential for extension depending on project needs.

Must be Boston-based and onsite 3x per week.
