Job summary

BIP Wealth in Atlanta seeks a Director of Client Operations to lead 22+ Relationship Managers, oversee multi-custodial operations, and drive fundraising and reporting for private markets. The role reports to the COO and guides integration of acquired RIAs onto the firm's technology stack.

This senior leader will harmonize people, processes and platforms while maintaining exceptional client service in a fast-paced acquisitive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of RIA operations experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams of 10+ professionals across locations.
• Familiarity with custodial platforms and private market operations.
• Strong communication, organization and multi-stream project management.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of 22+ Relationship Managers with performance feedback.
• Oversee custodial relationships and platform access/control.
• Lead private market fundraising and fund reporting processes.
• Coordinate acquisition integration and post-merger client operations.
• Partner with compliance and technology to ensure regulatory readiness.
