Incendia Partners in Boston, MA seeks a Client Operations Associate for a hybrid role (3 days in office). The position offers $80K–$90K base plus bonus and outstanding PTO/healthcare benefits. You will work with Relationship Managers and contribute to client service, portfolio reporting, and investment operations.

The role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring proactive, curious, and responsive teammates who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate across the firm.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in private client operations, middle office, fund accounting, banking, custodial services, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of urgency.
• Intellectually curious and eager to learn.
• Highly responsive, dependable, and flexible.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly portfolio reporting.
• Maintain portfolio reporting and CRM systems.
• Process account openings and ongoing account maintenance.
• Handle client bill pay and investment-related money movement.
• Reconcile client bank, brokerage, and investment accounts.
• Respond to requests from clients, custodians, fund managers, and service providers.
• Manage a high volume of communications and ensure timely follow-through.
• Support Relationship Managers and collaborate with Investment and Tax & Estate Planning teams.
• Assist with special projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
