Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a Customer Intake Specialist to drive smooth onboarding for new security engagements. You will coordinate intake, document client requirements, and ensure clear communication across internal teams, acting as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders.

You will engage in discovery sessions, track milestones, and support a compliant, efficient handoff from onboarding to service delivery, contributing to client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM or client management systems (e.g., Salesforce, ticketing platforms).
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 8-12 hour shifts during days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the intake and onboarding phase.
• Document client objectives, risks, and service requirements during discovery sessions.
• Coordinate intake workflows across internal teams (security, intelligence, technology, account management).
• Maintain professional client communication and provide status updates on onboarding milestones.
• Support compliance with company standards and client-specific protocols during onboarding.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and templates.
