Job summary

Nuveen is seeking a Client Service Associate for a contract assignment in Charlotte, NC (also in consideration for Chicago, IL or New York, NY). The role supports onboarding of new client accounts, delivers client reports, and collaborates with various teams to service institutional and high-net-worth clients and distributors throughout the client lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, with no experience required.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordination of client onboarding and off boarding with relevant business partners.
Support account maintenance activities (name changes, fee schedules, benchmarks, client agreements).
Assist team to ensure ongoing client contractual obligations are met.
Support ad-hoc client inquiries and requests.
Facilitate and oversee client cash flow requests for proper handling.
Help manage client communications to provide timely updates.
Anticipate client needs and assist in developing strategies to meet them.
Update client and authorized third party contact information via CRM.
Support meeting preparation by creating materials.
Identify, elevate and resolve problems affecting the client experience.
Participate in projects to mitigate risk and improve operational efficiency and client service.
Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports and presentations.
