What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead global transitions for clients, ensuring alignment with expectations and overseeing the transition plan
- Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure timely participation and accountability during the onboarding process
- Monitor implementation progress and escalate issues as necessary to stay on schedule
- Facilitate transition meetings, identifying risks and developing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create stabilization and optimization plans post-transition to fulfill contractual obligations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience with continuous improvement and/or business partnering
- Experience as an Account Director or senior leader in onboarding, renewing, or expanding client relationships
- Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented, process-driven approach
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FM leadership experience preferred
- Change management certification, such as Prosci or LaMarsh
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic focus
- Proven ability to influence others and build relationships at all organizational levels
- Experience working with subject matter experts across various service lines
