What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute new business transitions, account expansions, stabilization, optimization, and transformation programs for specific industry verticals
- Act as the primary liaison with client leadership and oversee transition plans to meet client expectations
- Collaborate with various workstream leads to ensure accountability and timely participation in transitions
- Monitor project progress, budget, and escalate issues as necessary to stay on schedule
- Lead stabilization and optimization processes post-transition to fulfill contractual obligations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in continuous improvement and/or business partnering
- Proven experience as an Account Director or senior leader successful in onboarding, renewing, or expanding client relationships
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to travel 20-30% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FM leadership experience
- Change management certification, such as Prosci or LaMarsh
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong relationship-building skills to influence and generate desired outcomes
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives
