Job summary

Citi is hiring a Client Onboarding Representative (Non-Officer) in Manila. The role focuses on receiving, reviewing, and lodging client documentation, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliance with controls and policies.

You will support end-to-end processes, manage escalations, and contribute to risk-aware decision-making. Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume environments, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume transaction environments preferred.
• MS Office proficiency with Word, Excel and web navigation; ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle escalations and involve management when needed.
• Documentation knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to allocate work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receipt, review, and lodgment of documentation for client products.
• Manage physical incoming and outgoing documents under controls.
• Scan and lodge documentation in the correct repository.
• Own and maintain documentation logs for end-to-end hand-off controls.
• Complete end-to-end reviews of documents to establish validity.
• Maintain controls and ensure compliance with processes and policies.
• Provide solutions to reduce errors and ensure audit adherence.
• Back-up coverage during high-volume periods across processes.
• Utilize technical knowledge to deliver quality service and efficiency.
• Create records to support processes; maintain daily logs.
