Job summary

Citi Hungary seeks a Client Onboarding Junior Analyst to support global client onboarding processes. You will handle documentation, validation, and system setups while communicating with diverse clients.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and cross-border collaboration. Working in a hybrid environment, you will engage with internal stakeholders to ensure controls, compliance, and high service levels across geographies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of bank products related to opening and maintaining accounts.
• Customer communication experience is an asset.
• Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Bulgarian/Czech/Romanian/Slovak is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with local and global clients via various channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes for clients and strengthen controls.
• Manage customer documentation, review, validation and system setups.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions.

What you will do

• Communicate with local and global clients via various channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes for the benefit of clients as well as strengthen controls to mitigate risk
• Responsible for customer documentation, review, validation and system setups
• Demonstrate high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills
• Focus on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions
• Daily management of in-process and service related activities, ensuring documentation requirements are clearly defined to support all scenarios and maintenance requirements
• Ensure consistent delivery of high quality service to customers and internal partners through meeting or exceeding customer expectations guided by service level agreements and efficiency/accuracy standards

What we will need from you

• Previous experience in financial services preferred
• Knowledge of bank products in the scope of opening and maintaining of bank accounts Customer communication experience (internal/external) would be an asset
• Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile
• Proficient knowledge of English, additionally proficient knowledge of Bulgarian, Czech, Romanian or Slovak is a strong plus (written and spoken)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
