Job Overview

This digital tools role incorporates a variety of diverse digital technologies into an ever-changing workforce. This role will be responsible for implementing these technologies into existing infrastructure to help optimize and industrialize digital tools across our organization. Digital Transformation Senior Analyst

The Global Digital Solutioning Team is part of the Controllers Governance & Transformation organization and is responsible for managing various initiatives and driving transformation. The mission of the Digital Solutioning Team is to drive productivity via digital tools and AI for the Controllers organization. The team seeks to be a catalyst for change and drive global end‑to‑end process transformation in accordance with the roles and responsibilities of Controllers.

This Digital Team supports our organization’s innovation and transformation efforts. This team will enable a consistent model for Digital delivery to drive and support the design and implementation of digital use‑cases. The team will also provide AI advisory and support for digital enablement, the identification of digital tools and use‑case solutions and drive efforts supporting the digital and AI upskilling of the population of Controllers globally.

Responsibilities
  • Working on the design, development, and production of advanced digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and adherence to enterprise architecture standards and robust delivery lifecycle processes. This includes leveraging expertise in various digital technologies to optimize and industrialize tools across global operations.
  • Strategically collaborate with Finance and Technology to define and optimize the overall digital strategy. This involves leveraging a deep understanding of financial operations and emerging digital realities to identify new opportunities and ensure the digital roadmap is optimal.
  • Oversee and drive the implementation of cross‑functional digital initiatives, establishing consistent processes and methodologies across the organization to ensure successful adoption, scalability, and measurable impact.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor to various Finance and Controller teams globally. Provide comprehensive insights into the impact of emerging technologies and industry trends, and formulate actionable recommendations and solutions for adopting new standards and requirements to foster a culture of continuous improvement and digital upskilling.
Ideal background

The ideal candidate will have educational experience in deploying digital tools & solutions with a comprehensive understanding of working on transformation projects. Additionally, this candidate will possess an understanding of business processes with a Risk & Controls‑first mindset.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance and/or Accounting or Computer/Data Science or equivalent is preferred
  • Highly skilled in digital tools and capabilities (i.e. KNIME, Tableau, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with Artificial Intelligence solution development and delivery
  • Finance business knowledge and an understanding of Risk & Controls with previous experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in business analysis, financial modeling, and digital solution design, with the ability to effectively translate complex financial requirements and business challenges into scalable, robust digital applications and workflows
  • Proven ability to strategically manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and efficacy in a rapidly evolving financial technology landscape
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the capacity to effectively articulate complex digital strategies and technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders, guide cross‑functional teams, and drive consensus across diverse business and technical groups
  • Extensive experience in managing competing priorities and delivering impactful digital solutions within a dynamic, enterprise‑level financial environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • +/- 5 years of experience in Finance industry
