Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Establish end-to-end client management processes and enforce policies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (KYC, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Sales, RM, Regulatory).
• Collect, review, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure internal and external systems setups are complete.
• Monitor risks and escalate issues; support audits when needed.
