Job summary

Republic Business Credit, a subsidiary of Renasant Bank, seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients for its factoring and lending products. You will collaborate with Underwriting, Client Services, Legal, and Acquisition teams to ensure compliance with the Credit Policy and timely funding.

The role requires sharp attention to documentation, KYC, and credit controls, with a focus on delivering professional service throughout the client lifecycle while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2 years of job-related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Good communication abilities and information gathering.
• Accurate, thorough, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of customer service throughout onboarding.
• Liaise with underwriting, client services, legal, and acquisition teams to support credit decisions.
• Review documentation including bank statements and KYC; ensure files are up to date.
• Request required documents and escalate discrepancies to management.
• Input customer information accurately and processing invoices before cut-off times.
• Achieve targets through planning and management of the onboarding process.
• Uphold portfolio standards and advise on credit control improvements.
• Support senior leaders and underwriting in all aspects of the process.
• Represent the company interests internally and externally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
