Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Analyst to support the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients in the Financial Institutions Group, based in New York, NY. This role ensures regulatory, legal, and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations and clients to deliver a seamless onboarding, coordinate KYC/AML, and assist with ISDA/MRA agreements to ensure timely results and high client

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Client Onboarding or related roles.
• Knowledge of onboarding, KYC/AML and trading agreements (ISDA, MRA) is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Analyst to support the end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients, ensuring regulatory, legal, and operational requirements are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and clients to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range- $30.00 - $33.00/hour
