Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate’s degree required.
• Financial background or similar (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as a personal assistant (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly meetings with the Advisor to discuss upcoming appointments and action items.
• Schedule appointments and manage onboarding of new clients.
• Prepare account summaries, portfolio analysis, and materials for client review meetings.
• Review applications, account changes, and related paperwork to oversee onboarding of new clients.
• Handle routine inquiries independently within licensed authority.
