Job summary
Renaissance Financial is seeking a full-time client servicing and onboarding coordinator who will work directly with the Financial Advisor to support daily operations for the current client base and an expanding roster.
You will schedule appointments, monitor onboarding tasks, prepare account summaries and materials for client review meetings, review applications, and help with data reporting using eMoney, Morningstar, Orion and other systems, while maintaining strong organization and attention
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (preferred/required).
- 1–2 years experience as a personal assistant (preferred).
- Financial background or similar (preferred).
- Experience with client onboarding and scheduling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage onboarding calendar.
- Monitor onboarding action items for new clients.
- Prepare account summaries, portfolio analyses, and materials for client meetings.
- Review applications, account changes, and related paperwork for onboarding.
- Complete tasks to onboard a new client and maintain client communication.
