Job summary

Executive Home Care of North County Coastal is growing and seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Caregivers to join our team in Oceanside, California. You’ll help with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, providing support to clients in their homes.

We offer competitive pay of $19 to $23 per hour, flexible scheduling, free uniforms, ongoing training, and a supportive office and care team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and respectful demeanor.
• Reliable and dependable in a home-care setting.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Dedicated to delivering high-quality care daily.
• Able to collaborate with clients, families and team members.
• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene).
• Help with mobility, transfers and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and promote nutrition and hydration.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and social interaction.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands and activities.
• Monitor clients and report changes in condition.
• Follow each client's care plan.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
