Luxuriate Management is seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to work on-site in Charlotte, NC. You will interact with customers to understand their needs, present products and services, and help build relationships that strengthen brand awareness for our retail partners.

At Luxuriate Management, our Retail Marketing Specialists play an important role in building customer relationships, representing our clients, and supporting the development and execution of effective marketing and sales strategies.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, communicate client products and services, and create positive experiences that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness for our retail partners. You will also gain hands-on exposure to marketing/sales, customer acquisition, business operations, and leadership development as you progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product and service recommendations.
• Represent our clients and their brands in a professional and positive manner.
• Support customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales and leadership team to execute targeted customer engagement strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, promotions, and campaign objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on marketing/sales, communication, leadership, and business development.
