City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an FSM to serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial clients in Columbus, OH. The role emphasizes client retention, service expansion, and contractor management to deliver exceptional service delivery.

Compensation includes a base salary with bonus/commission and an OTE of $100k+; full-time employment with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.

• OSHA 10-Hour training provided after ramp period.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Own the complete OS sales cycle and client relationships from prospecting through onboarding, billing, and satisfaction.
• Manage contractor and vendor performance; enforce service standards and replace partners as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure execution of service strategies.
• Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions with teams.
• Assist with invoice collection and contractor/vendor payments, and maintain documentation.
• Lead the team in EOS compliance and adhere to core values.

The Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of commercial clients. This role is responsible for client retention, service expansion, contractor management, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Successful FSMs build strong client relationships, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. This is a six figure income opportunity, to include base salary and bonus/commission structure with OTE of $100k+!

Essential Functions

• Oversee client retention and service expansion by negotiating agreements, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through follow-up and quality control.
• Be an expert on the opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Own the complete OS sales cycle and client relationship, from prospecting through onboarding, billing, client satisfaction, and project management.
• Manage contractor and vendor partner performance, compliance, and agreements; enforce service standards and replace partners as needed.
• Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and ensure execution of service strategies and client needs.
• Manage inspections, supply procurement, and CRM data entry; maintain accurate documentation such as Exhibit A's and SDS sheets.
• Conduct inspections, review client feedback, and implement corrective actions with teams to ensure consistent service quality.
• Assist with invoice collection and contractor and vendor partner payments, and keep client documentation and schedules current.
• Execute company administrative tasks efficiently, on deadline, and to company standards.
• Abide by the City Wide Columbus core values (Company, Client, Community, Communication, and Coaching), including a 2-hour response time for all internal communication and a 1-hour response time for all client communication.
• Lead the team in compliance with City Wide Columbus EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Training

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour training, provided by the company and completed after the 90-day ramp period.

Experience

• 3+ years of proven success in client retention or service roles; service industry experience valued.

• Strong relationship builder with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills across email management, project management, and day-to-day follow-up.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused approach.
