Job summary

NIQ is seeking a data-driven Insights professional to translate retail and consumer behavior data into actionable strategies. You will craft insight-led stories for brand and retailer stakeholders, deliver high-impact presentations, and collaborate across teams in a hybrid onsite role based in Sheboygan Falls, WI.

You’ll engage with health, wellness, and fresh meat sectors, leveraging NIQ tools to uncover opportunities and inform client recommendations. Travel up to 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of CPG or Retail industry experience in merchandising, shopper/consumer marketing, supply chain, or manufacturer–retailer relationships.
  • Proficient in syndicated data tools (NIQ, Circana/IRI, Numerator, or Dunnhumby).
  • Advanced MS Excel with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, etc.) and data manipulation; working knowledge of SQL, Python; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Rich experience creating compelling PowerPoint presentations from complex datasets and ideas.
  • Ability to multi-task, work with urgency, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel 10–15% and spend time onsite in a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications
  • 5 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail industry experiencerequiredinmerchandising,shopper/consumermarketing, supply chain, manufacturer-retailer relationships

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $83,000 - $100,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
